Activated carbon rotary kiln working principle

Activated carbon rotary kiln process
1.Activated carbon rotary kiln equipment by rotary cylinder, supporting device, Gear wheel support device, transmission device, kiln, kiln tail sealing device, pulverized coal injection pipe device ( large equipment also comprises hydraulic pipeline system, cooling air duct ) and other components.
2.The kiln body and the level of a certain slope, the whole kiln body by the supporting wheel device support, and control the kiln body up-and-down movement of the catch wheel device.
3. The transmission part in addition to set the main transmission, is provided to ensure that the main transmission interruption of power, can still make the kiln body, preventing the slowly rotating kiln auxiliary driving device. Kiln head adopts clamshell seal, kiln with axial contact type sealing device, ensures the sealing reliability.
