Strong winds originated from a powerful motor.
(The core of Ak2030 is AIKE’s original permanent magnet brushless DC motor). This design develops engineering structure, avoid the wear between motor and brush that ensure the strong force and long range steady operation. It remains a record over 500,000 time continuous operation without fault. According to the parameter, even one thousand using per day, the motor is able to continuous running more than 10 years.
The main control panel of AK2030 is the key of ensuring the every component operation.
Through 9 years market experience and development, the product design is increasingly mature. Glue sealing adhesive technology is able to anti-water and anti-rust function.
We have ISO9000, CE, CB and CCC certificates. Moreover, we are the first hand dryer manufactory has UL approval in China.
AIKE has the biggest hand dryer factory in the world that over 25,000 square meters floor space. It includes Electrical workshop, electronic workshop, motor workshop, injection workshop, sheet metal workshop, paint workshop and laboratory. The factory has strong production capacity that able to make 10000 hand dryer per month.
