1. Q: What color do you have, can we change colors of lanyard?
A: Yes, of course. You can choose any color you want from the Pantone color book, we will try our best to get the close color or dye for you. If you don’t have it, please let us know, we can send you to the electronic version.
2. Q:What is the MOQ?
A:The MOQ depends on lanyard you ordered, our usual practice is 2000pcs.
3. Q:What is the size of the lanyard?
A:It can be different size, you can customized. Normally, it’s 2*90cm.
4. Q:Can we have our own logo?
A:Yes, OEM & ODM are welcomed. Just tell us the logo and styles what you want.
5. Q: What kind of printing skills do you have?
A:We have several types, silk screen printing,heat transfer printing,woven/jacquard printing.
6. Q:What is the material?
A:There are many kinds of materials, such as polyester,nylon,satin,fabric,bamboo,PET,cotton and so on. You can choose what you want.
7. Q:What is the sample time and lead time for mass productions?
A:Normally, sample time is about 5-7 working days after payment. Lead time for mass productions (5000pcs, not customized) is about 7 days; if you customized need 10days for 5000pcs.
8. Q:What is the packing?
A:Normally, 50pcs/opp, 1000pcs/ctn, and the carton size is 45*35*30cm, or you can have your own individual package.
9. Q:What is the payment terms?
A:We can accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, L/C.
10. Q:What is the shipping way?
A:By sea, by air, and by express delivery all can be accepted. You can choose DHL,Fedex,TNT,China Post,Epacket to transport.
