China 15KHz Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine for PP
Ultrasonic plastic welding is widely used for ABS, PC, PS, PA, PP, PET, Acrylic and other industry plastic parts's welding, riveting, heeling-in molding processing; kettle, folder, earphone, U-disk, phone battery, recharger, toys, ecectrical watch, Instrument, phone case, CD case and some other platic parts welding, riveting, molding etc.

1. Imported piezoelectric ceramics transducer from Germany, steady and stronger output;
2. The machine body adopts anti-recline design and coaxial vertical pressure design. The pressure imposed is more balanced and the welding accuracy is improved greatly;
3. LCD demonstration, soft push on the control panel;
4. The molds are designed into adjustable balance structure which is easy and convenient for mold adjusting;
5. New power enlargement electricity circuit, the power is stronger and the transducers are more durable, better for PP nylon materials;
6. Automatic frequency tracking system, types of parameters-presetting;

We usually pack the Generator, pneumatic components and pedal into seperate carton boxes, and pack the machine frame with PE film. Then the machine and components are fixed into the Fumigation-free wooden case.
