LED Tube Features
Special design
of end-cap Design of removable and rotatable end-cap provides quick replacement of inner-transformer by pressing the switch on the end caps easily. Different from other tubes which fixing end-cap by glue, this new tube designed by our R&D, and it enables customers open the tube to replace inner-transformer if the transformer fails after some years’ usage. And lighting angle can be adjustable.
Perfect design
to avoid led failure in series Our company invested much in R&D and researched a new technology to make all leds in the tube work independently. Namely, if one led fails, no impact to other led. However, most led tube in the market designed with at least 7 leds per series. 1 led doesn’t work, all other 6leds or more not work. Lumen of the whole tube will drop much.
Top quality PC cover
For our tube, both transparent and milky covers are available. For milky cover, when lighten the tube, LEDS are invisible. Namely, light effect is very even and same as traditional fluorescent light. We realized 100% perfect replacement
Great Lighting source
the chip of led is of high quality and bigger size, 10*23 chip, which is from Epistar in Taiwan. It can resist higher anti-static and distribute more brightness. Low light attenuation esp. the white light is adopting new technology, less than 3% in 1000hrs, however, the traditional attenuation of white color at least 30%.
Super quality inner transformer
We have our own researching and development team to focus on LED driver. The driver we researched for our tube is double isolated and high PF>93%.

We have double isolation from our transformer. What is more, our tubes are UL,CE(TUV) approved and Rohs compliant. With the range of CE, we have passed through EMC and LVD test, so you can apply the tube for your projects freely.

Precaution: Switch off power before doing any works.
Method A If lighting fixture’s wire connection is inductor ballast, installation as bellow: Step 1. Remove the traditional fluorescent tube from the lighting fixture. Step 2. Take out the inductor ballast from the lighting fixture. Step 3. After take out the ballast, there will have two wires. One wire connects to right side and another wire connects to left side. Step 4. Install Torshare’s Led tube light into lighting fixture.
Method B
If lighting fixture’s wire connection is Electronic ballast, installation as bellow. Step 1. Remove the traditional fluorescent tube from the lighting fixture. Step 2. Take out the starter and electronic ballast from the lighting fixture. Step 3. After take out the ballast, there will have two wires. One wire connects to right side and another wire connect to left side. Step 4. Install Torshare Led tube light into lighting fixture.
