1.Polycrystalline Mold
The materials of our Polycrystalline Wire Drawing Die are from the U.S. GE, Sumitomo, domestic polymer polycrystalline, CD, CVD, CSD, CXD and common polycrystalline and so on. We would choose different polycrystalline materials according to different drawing materials to guarantee its long performance life, lower the cost of ownership.
2.Diamond Mold
Our diamond (Microfilament) drawing die has the characteristics such as high wear-resistance, highly-polished surface and high precision, which can guarantee wire roundness , smoothness. These are the most suitable for electromagnetic wire factory, cable and wire factory, stainless steel cord factories and other metal wire factories.
