2. Payment should be completed within 3 days since auction closing. Or unpaid case will be filed to close the transaction.
Shipping
1. Packages will be shipped to the address that left on Aliexpress by the buyer via DHL or Fedex, please contact us ASAP within 6 hours after order if you need to change the address.
2. If packages can not be delivered or returned to us due to the wrong address offered, buyers should pay for the loss or resending fee.
3. Every package will be shipped within 3days after payment is completed.
4. Please contact us if you want discounts for combine shipping.

Return
1. If you would like to return your item, please contact us.
2. We offer replacement or refund within 30 days due to any quality issues (except the man-made damages).
3. If the item gets defective within our warranty period (12 months), buyer can send it back for repairing, but should pay all shipping and repairing fee and it will take 1-2 months for whole procedure.
4. Above all cases, buyer should pay the return shipping.
5. Every replacement or refund case will be processed within 2 business days after delivery of returned item confirmed.

For mass order, we suggest by plane or by sea.
Q: f I do not freight forwarders, how can I do ?
A: If you don't have your forwarder ,we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.

A: Factory, we have our own assembling factory and cooperative case factory.

A: Yes. OEM is welcome and design services will be provided after order is placed.
Q: What is your packaging
A: Regular packaging:
1. Each piece will be put into a poly bag;
2. 20~25pcs into a white box;
3. 10 white boxes into a 32cm*30cm*42cm carton;
Special packaging: As per your request.
