Ultrasonic PE Geocell Welding Machine
YXGC-9000 Ultrasonic PE Geocell Welding Machine is the most advanced ultrasonic-applied equipment for geocell-welding in our country:
1) The ultrasonic PE geocell welding machine adopts advanced YX series ultrasonic plastic welding machine;
2) VB series complied program control machine, and the whole machine adopts flexible composed design;
3) The equipment adopts PLC control system, touching screen demonstration and parameter hypothesis;
4) Imported with piezoelectric transducer from Germany, the horns adopt aviation aluminum alloy from USA, and they could be adjusted horizontally and fast;
5) LCD colorful demonstration;
6) Frequency automatic tracking;
7) The air filtration system using 3 cubic refrigeration dryer;
8) Welding sheet size: 5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm x 1000cm, 0-99 sheet can be set arbitrarily;
9) Welding material :PP, PE, HDPE, PVC.
1) Robotic-hands feeding, robot operation, totally automation to save labors greatly;
2) New automatic frequency-tracing Generator, a variety of Parameter-settings, better welding quality, high automation, leading position among similar products in domestic market;
3) Wider H-beam of 400*400 for working table and gantry beam, auxiliary reinforcement system 1 set, feeding table 1 set (including positioning suckers ), the geocell slideway is high-precision square type and widens 10CM;
