Lisa : Our MOQ for fresh model is 10000pcs,if your trial order only have small order like 3000, 5000pcs, our existing models can help you for this small trial order.
Q4, Are your items are healthy and can pass the test according to customer's standard ?
Lisa : Yes, our all of mugs are food good, Each item is guaranteed to be lead-free, fully vitrified, microwave-safe, oven-proof, and dishwasher-friendly.heat-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant and strengthened without such harmful substances as cadmium. There is no harm to your healthy. All mugs can pass the test whitch comply with the standard of FDA, Prop.65, EC84/500, LFGB Or from the 3rd party like SGS, BV etc.
Q5, How to control the quality ?
Lisa : We have total near 10 QC in all production line, they will inspect and control the quality accord to the quality standard of Sales Order.
