Machine details:

1.Working process: 

put the bag film in machine → start working → bag making → filling material into bag → bag sealing 

→ date printing → cutting. Fully automatic control.

2.Bag-making system adopts step motor with high precision(error is less than 1mm). 

3.PLC Controller adopts Chinese or English displaying, can see the working conditions directly. 

4.Intelligent temperature control by temperature controller to make heat balance better.use bilingualdisplay 

screen control system and stainless steel cabinet

5.Host controller adopts PLC control, motor inverter is used for automatic completion of the photoelectric 

with standard digital automatic adjustment of the cursor to meet the precise positioning.

 6.Heating sealer with 4 sides of heating control, each sealing side temperature can be adjusted separately with good heat-balance to ensure the seal in good quality, suit for a variety of packaging materials. 

7.Ribbon printer is addable according to customer needs, which can print one to three lines letter

date of produce and batch number.
