Dual  planetary Mixer is a customized and has strong mixing function machine which BOM developed for lithium battery slurry, kinds of adhesive and new energy material industries who need improve the material mixing efficiency and homogeneity. It consists of low speed agitator, scraper and temperature measure probe, has good mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving effects,especially suitable for the mixing of solid-liquid,liquid-liquid phase.

The equipment with different planetary wheel transmission ratio according different material viscosity, its torque change interval is big. It is the preferred mixer product for adhesive,silicone,lithium battery slurry etc industries. And the equipment has scraper can scrap the tank wall and bottom without dead corner or residue, washing easy. It equipped unique control system, operation is safe and convenient. The extrusion device also can be optional, it can realize the integrated operation of mixing and discharging.

If the materials have requirement to temperature in the mixing process, can mating suitable mold temperature controller, controller can be operated independent, control precision is high.

Applicable Materials: Solid-liquid,liquid-liquid phase dispersing and mixing, viscosity less than 1,500,000 cps,solid content under 90%.

Warranty

We ensure one year warranty,life-long service and provides technical support , within the warranty period, we provide repair services for free.After the warranty period, we only charge cost of the required materials.

With continuous innovation and upgrading of BOM products, if the performance of the machine you bought can not meet your requirements after years of service, we can provide upgrading service at charge of cost price only.

Spare Parts

We have big warehouse of spare parts.The charge of spare parts in our company will only charge the cost price.

Installation and Maintenance

To single equipment,when the machine are ready,we will provide free test service for the machine in our factory.We will introduce the functions,features,operation and maintenance etc in detail to customers. And we will also provide detailed Product Manual for customers o use the machine easily.

To the complete line equipment,after the equipment arrive at the site, we will send a professional engineering service team to be responsible for overall project installation,commissioning and training (include system operation and equipment maintenance etc) . We will not leave the site until the user can do all the operation on their own smoothly without any problems.

Which payment term can we accept?

T/T or L/C ,

1. On T/T term,30% deposit payment is required in advance, 70%balance payment T/T before shipment

2. On L/C term,100% irrevocable L/C at sight ,without ‘soft clauses’ can be accepted.

How long will the price be valid?

The price valid time is 90 days, we only adjust our price based on two situations:

1. The rate of USD:RMB varies significantly

2. The cost of the machine, because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.

What logistics way we can work for shipment?

Normally, the shipment will go by sea, if buyers have other requirements ,we will do the shipment according customer’s requirement
