BOM industry has many years experience in designing and manufacturing ,installing the ointment cosmetic complete production line. In the production of high viscosity emulsion, especially paste,ointment, emulsion products, often have the problems of particle size of dispersion phase is big and the air mixed in product when mixing.
Particle size big make the emulsion instability,haven’t gloss; if mixed air in the product,will make the product form bubbles,bacteria contamination,easy oxidation and appearance is not smooth.
BOM developed BMGS series vacuum homogenization machines.According the different feature of he agitator,central blade mixing,scarping mixing ,it composed into the best mixing way to make the cosmetic mixing perfect.Emulsifying process are proceed in vacuum condition which can protect the production process without air bubbles,to ensure that can create rich luster,exquisite and ductility good quality products.
Production Capacity: lab equipment (5L)-2000L/batch
Material Viscosity: ≤50,000cps
Application Industry: Ointment with high viscosity cosmetic and food,machine,etc.
Applicable Material: honey-like things,milk,hair conditioner,essence lotion , facial cream,foundation cream,shampoo, concealer,conditioning hairdressing, essence cream,foundation primer etc.
For single deries machines :
1,In the early stage of the communicate ,we will provide different product inquiry forms to customers ,after the customer’s fill the form ,our experienced engineer team will introduce and recommend the most suitable for customers. For the customized products,we will make solutions according to customer’s requirement and solve the technical difficulties .
2,after two sides sign the contract,technical department will do general drawing for the ordered equipment in a short time ,and give to customers to confirm ,if improvements are required ,we will revise the drawing until the most reasonable design is confirmed mutually .
3,when the machines are ready ,will will provide free test service for the machine in our factory ,we will introduce the functions ,features ,operation and maintenance etc ,in detail to customers ,and we will also provide detailed product manual for customers to use the machine easily .
4,after the machine arrived to the users .we will keep in touch with the customers to give solutions in time if necessary to ensure the smooth machine start-up .after the customers use the machine ,if any problem occurs , we will respond and resolve it as soon as possible ,meanwhile .our machine technology is updating and we will keep our customer informed if any new update id needed for the machine .
System project:
1,in the early stages of project ,our project team ,including process engineers ,piping engineers,structure engineers ,equipment engineers ,instrument engineers ,electrical engineers ,etc ,will communicate with customers,our engineers have rich experience in designing and site working ,at this stage we will provide customers with factory layout ,equipment layout ,flow chart etc for free .
2,after the initial plan is basically confirmed ,our cost engineer will do initial project cost calculation ,for the user ‘s confirmation ,and both sides can adjust the project according to project budget ,and make appropriate changes in production technology or configuration to make sure the system program functions.
3,when the initial plan and price are basically approved ,we will send project team to the site for inspection and negotiation ,both sides will make final confirmation on the plan and price .
Warranty
We ensure one year warranty,life-long service and provides technical support , within the warranty period, we provide repair services for free.After the warranty period, we only charge cost of the required materials.
With continuous innovation and upgrading of BOM products, if the performance of the machine you bought can not meet your requirements after years of service, we can provide upgrading service at charge of cost price only.
Spare Parts
We have big warehouse of spare parts.The charge of spare parts in our company will only charge the cost price.
Installation and Maintenance
To single equipment,when the machine are ready,we will provide free test service for the machine in our factory.We will introduce the functions,features,operation and maintenance etc in detail to customers. And we will also provide detailed Product Manual for customers o use the machine easily.
To the complete line equipment,after the equipment arrive at the site, we will send a professional engineering service team to be responsible for overall project installation,commissioning and training (include system operation and equipment maintenance etc) . We will not leave the site until the user can do all the operation on their own smoothly without any problems.
Which payment term can we accept?
T/T or L/C ,
1. On T/T term,30% deposit payment is required in advance, 70%balance payment T/T before shipment
2. On L/C term,100% irrevocable L/C at sight ,without ‘soft clauses’ can be accepted.
How long will the price be valid?
The price valid time is 90 days, we only adjust our price based on two situations:
1. The rate of USD:RMB varies significantly
2. The cost of the machine, because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
What logistics way we can work for shipment?
Normally, the shipment will go by sea, if buyers have other requirements ,we will do the shipment according customer’s requirement
