Difference between three high efficiency tube and ordinary tube

Difference between three high efficiency solar vacuum tube (effective tubes, high cold tube,

 high temperature special efficiency tube)and ordinary tube:

Absorption of heat membrane layer is difference between these two kind of tubes.

 (Absorption of heat membrane layer is the key part of vacuum tubes.)

Absorption of heat membrane layer of three high efficiency solar vacuum tube is interference 

membrane,  common tube is gradient membrane. The difference is mainly for interference 

membrane and the gradient membrane distinction.

1. Fundamental distinction: membrane layer structure is different, the principle of the 

absorption of sun's rays result in differently. gradient membrane, for multilayer, its 

absorbing layer is generally 9 layers. It to the sun's rays are layered absorption, 

and its absorb the light performance gradually become tall. Because the gradient 

structure, launch with increasing temperature rise than work, that temperature in 

300 to 500 ºC than when  launch greatly increased. The aluminum ions and absorbing

 layer in high temperature condition, lively nature greatly enhance the, and develop

 a drift. This happened in the internal structure of membrane layer caused confusion,

 coating began to aging. In the long run, the high temperature condition, membrane 

layer can fall off, thereby affecting the vacuum tube heat efficiency and life integrating.

Interference membrane, its absorbing layer altogether 2 layer, among two layer 

membranes, because the metal content between the different and interfere ratio 

effect, make absorption ratio increase, launch ratio decrease. Plus effect of reduce 

emission from minus reverse layer, thus achieve more higher absorptance and  

reducing the role of launch ,greatly improved collection thermal efficiency.

2.Features: Absorptance of three high efficiency solar vacuum tube increased by

 12%, and  launch reduced by 30 to 40 percent, the super absorbing, heat loss less,

 warming faster. Efficient tube, the super absorbing, thermal efficiency is high, 

warming faster, in the same light conditions, can create more and  higher temperature 

water than common tubes ;  high cold tube, copper ions for the launch of aluminum ion 

mantua, so low 0.2 thermal loss rarely, in high cold  environment can still work normally.

In lower temperature, heat loss is bigger, collection hot effect is reduced, affect the 

normal use; Especially in the empty sun over 270 ºC, membrane layer began to aging, 

fall off, absorption rate drastically reduce, life shortens greatly.
