3.Will you stick our label or as per our request?
We can stick label to bottle and lid,such as “made in china” or any other labels as per your demands.
4.Is it available to get the sample before ordering?
As usual,available samples are free of charge,and shipping cost will be on your account.You may offer DHL,
TNT,UPS, EMS,FedEx,etc with associated address for parcel collection.
5.Is small quantity is acceptable by your company?
It depends,if we have the goods in stock,can offer small quantity.You should double check with our sales.
6.Can we get compensation for the defective bottles or lids?
Yes,if it is belong to our fault,we will replace for the defective products and broken bottles by next order.
7.Is it acceptable to get extra bottles apart from my order?
Yes,as usual,we will ship the bottles with whole carton,each new production,we will offer extra bottles for
customers.
8.How about your delivery time?
(1) If the bottles we have in stock,lead time is 5-10 days
(2) If we have mold,new production time is 25-30 days
(3) If no mold,we can make new mold for customized design bottles.
