- Under-rollers are used to support the roatating tube.
- Under-rollers are made of aluminum alloy that constitutes a quality combination with the ductile iron rail on the tube, which results in good lubrication,better weariability, better heat radiation, longger service life; it is easy to adjust, maintain and repair.
- Stranding tube is welded as one whole oiece subject to stress relief, so it is good in regidity and co-axiality that results in smooth performance.
- Base of machine is welded and subject to tempering treatment.
- Stranding cage is supported with bearings on the headstock and the tailstock as auxiliary support for higher running precision, so the main machine runs smoothly at high speed but lower noise.
- Automatic control is available as photoelectric control and electric control are integrated with mechanical function. Fully digital DC speed regulator is used in the control system with founctions such as alarming for breakdown and automatic stop.

Pay-off stand, headstock, tube, bobbin holder, under-roller, die holder, haul-off capstan, brake, take-up & traversing stand, safety hood.
