4. Main components and technical parameters

4.1. PN 1600 pay-off stand:

4.1.1. Of pintle type on end-shaft, the stand is capable of moving up and down both simultaneously and separately to ensure the adjustment of height. Two stanchions move left and right separately, and there is protection against over-twist for loading and limit for unloading. Pay-off tension is controlled by mechanical tensioner to make adjustment.

4.1.2. Bobbin size applicable: PN800-1600

4.2. Stranding cages for 12-bobbin and 18-bobbin

4.2.1. Stranding cage is driven by gearbox via ground shaft and performs forward, reverse and free-load running by operating the hand lever.

4.2.2. After bobbins are loaded, they are clamped with pintle of worm and worm-gear. After the bobbins are fixed, the clamping device is self-locked to ensure safety during production.

4.2.3. Monitored by the wire breakage detector with non-contact probe on each bobbin, once wire is broken on any bobbin it will alert to stop the machine instantaneously to ensure wire complementing.    

4.2.4. Bobbin tension is controlled with mechanical tensioner and adjustable by hand.

4.2.5. Bobbin size applicable: PND500

4.3. Closing die holder & pressing holder

4.3.1. One group of closing die holder and roller pressing die is fixed behind each stranding cage with the closing die holder adjustable from the front or the behind.

4.3.2. Closing die holder can achieve wires closing or drawing and pressing into cables.

4.4. Length counter

4.4.1. Of roller contact type. Both photoelectric and mechanical modes make length counting more accurate.

4.5. Main transmission system: 36-stage gearbox device

4.5.1. Main transmission system is provided with a DC motor, and gearbox has toughened face gears to ensure accuracy.  

4.6.φ2000 dual haul-off device

4.6.1. φ2000 mm dual haul-off device is provided with dual motorization and dual haul-off featuring good synchronous performance and large haul-off.

4.6.2. Two haul-off wheels are complete with natural wires-divide construction to prevent wires from scratching in the course of haul-off and wires-divide.

4.7. φ2500 shaftless type take-up & traversing stand

4.7.1. The stand is provided with electric elevation to clamp the bobbin, with limit guide and reliable performance.

4.7.2. Take-up device is driven by torque motor via a gearbox.

4.7.3. Bobbin size applicable: PN 1600-PN 2500

4.8. Batch Bottom Loading & Unloading Device

4.8.1. Bobbins are pushed onto the turnover stand by hand; the pneumatic cylinder pushes the turnover stand to turn and the motor drives screw to perform the whole loading and unloading process. It is featured with short time for operation, high efficiency and easy and reliable in operation.

4.8.2. Turnover and move of bobbins are controlled with limit position switch to ensure security in loading & unloading.

4.9. Electrical Control System

4.9.1 Composed of

Control for the main machine, control for take-up and traverse, control for auxiliary units and PLC system. The control system is advanced, reliable in performance, provided with complete protection measures, and easy in operation.

Power supply is of three-phase five-line system, 380V (±10%), 50Hz, and single-phase control voltage is at 220V.

4.9.2 DC Speed Regulator

   Fully digital DC speed regulator is used for the main machine, so start and stop process is controlled by PLC. The main machine, take-up and traverse automatically follow each other in speed.

4.9.3 Man-machine Interface System

   PLC, industrial grade man-machine interface and external input and output interface perform monitoring and inspection over the machine, as well as breakdown indication, provided with complete monitoring, measuring and indicating systems. Running condition is displayed in the man-machine interface, with pages accessible as per actual situation.
