2. Uses:
This machine adopts a high temperature and sticky free L bar sealing knife, along with a sealing action without smoking and burning. Sealed seam is tidy and clean. The conveyor belt height is adjustable by a hand wheel. It has an adjustable film layer with needle device, easy to fit different size films with max width of 550mm. Double electromagnets can pull sealing frame and also increase sealing pressure.

4. Performance Characteristics:
1). BTL-450+BM-500 Semi-auto L Bar Shrink Wrapping Machine have low energy consumption and great packaging flexibility in shrink wrapping even for future product formats;
2). Shrink wrapping machine’s special mixed-air method specifically heats up the film to an optimum shrink temperature in a very preserving way so that the film maintains its elasticity and endurance strength. Simultaneously, heat recycling allows for an ideal energy efficiency;
3). Since the development of Anti-Collage system, fusing of the shrink film to the PE-packed product beneath it, as well as creasing of the film, belong to the past, the mixed-air system determines the tensile force in accordance with the load volume and film dimensions. This system enables our customers to achieve substantial savings.
4). High temperature and sticky free L bar sealing knife, sealing action without smoking and burned. Sealed part is tidy and clean. Covering Teflon on the sealing knife. Sealing knife has hot protection device on;
5). After sealing action, packing product goes into the shrink tunnel automatically with the conveyor belt. Conveyor belt height is adjustable by a hand wheel.
6). Double electromagnets make stronger pressure. Adjustable film layer with needle device, it is able to fit different size film.
