1. For general products, we will send out the goods within 3 business days after the full payment received.  If the payment is not confirmed within 3 days, your order will be closed automatically.

Return and Warranty (Terms and Conditions)

1. All the goods are inspected before shipment, if you are not satisfied with the purchase of goods, you can exchange the items in one week and you must contact us within 24 hours after received the purchase of goods.

2. The shipping and handling changes is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charges of returning and reshipping.

3. All return items must be in its original conditions, including box and accessories. If any man-made defects are found, it is not in the warranty terms, such as broken ,scratched and so on.
