FAQ
1. How much does a sample cost?
Each sample costs USD10.00-20.00/pc(shipping not included), sample fee will be returned if order placed;
For custom shapes, sample is free(shipping also not included). And we would like to have an actual hat sample to copy. Mold charge USD160.00/pc, return when quantity reaches 1000pcs.
2. What about MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 200pcs per style(100pcs for black)
3. What is the lead time on sample and bulk?
For samples: 1-10 work days
For bulk: around 35 days in winter and spring, around 45 days in summer and fall depending on the quantity and specificaitons of the order.
4. What is ur FOB port? Can I do CIF or others?
Our usual FOB port is Ningbo port /Shanghai port for sea shipping and Shanghai for air shipping.
We can also ship the goods to other port if required, but extra cost will be covered by customers.
CIF and other trade terms accepted. We have long term forwarding partners who can offer great delivery service.
5. What is ur payment term?
For samples, western union or money gram both OK.
For bulk, we prefer bank transfer (T/T), 30% deposit and 70% before shipping.
L/C is accepted.
Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
