Production control:

l our products use big size chip of led to keep brightness and stability

lour products use Epistar/Silan chip led with 2nm wave length error, better than market widely used

l Machine wavelength test only tolerate ±1nm error. To ensure the color consistency of our led screen.

l Can avoid the static damage on LEDs by manual plug in. To keep their long lifespan.

l Automatic plug in, LEDs firmly fixed on the PCB. To reduce the possibility of LEDs loosening or falling off from PCB and cause LEDs unlighted after led screen working a period of time.

Our quality control for module (automatic wave soldering and best module design)

l Automatic wave soldering ensure our tin points uniform and full, can greatly avoid the cold solder, false solder, dead solder. To guarantee the stability of our led screen.

l Advanced technology IC built-in PCB front, IC fully sealed with heat conductive glue and PCB conformal coating process to protect them from water, oxidation and corrosion.

l Our outdoor led cabinet is sealed and louver style to ensure our screen good heat dissipation and high waterproof.

l Cabinet size and color can be changed according to customer’s requirement.

l Baking paint process for our cabinet, to protect it from oxidation and corrosion by outdoor different weather.

Our test control:

l  72 hours aging test at least to keep the consistency of the whole led display 

l  water slaps to test the waterproof level, but not water flow

l Vibration simulation test, to ensure our led screen will not be damaged during transportation
