Our firm has 200 skilled works and is outfitted with more than 220 standard sewing machines and 20 advanced varieties. We have a professional R&D team, 2 senior designers with nearly 10 years of experience, 5 engineers and several technicians. We comply with ISO9001:2000 standard. We have 8 senior QC engineers with nearly 5 years of experience. They are familiar with each step in production and well know each kind of our products. Every production line will be operated by 4 QC operators. We will do strict inspection from the raw material to mass production, semi-products, sample check, packing and delivery. All the production information will be recorded in report and our factory can forward these production reports to clients if needed. Since 2002, we have always kept 100% qualification ratio. Our raw materials are in line with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
