ISO9001:2000 Compliant Inspection
We comply with ISO9001:2000 standard. We have 8 senior QC engineers with nearly 5 years of experience. They are familiar with each step in production and well know each kind of our products. Every production line will be operated by 4 QC operators. We will do strict inspection from the raw material to mass production, semi-products, sample check, packing and delivery. All the production information will be recorded in report and our factory can forward these production reports to clients if needed. Since 2002, we have always kept 100% qualification ratio. Our raw materials are in line with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
Question:Can you confirm it’s the real pure 100% mulberry silk ?
Answer: sure ,silk fabric have different grades ,like mulberry silk, tussah etc, it’s a natural fiber from Silkworm .and Mulberry silk is the best ,long and green in the silk fabric.
Question:What’s the advantage of the silk fabric?
Answer: Silk fiber is made of cellular albumen, there are 18 kinds of aminophenol inside the silk fiber which the humans body needs, aminophenols inside the silk fiber are almost the same as our human beings skin, therefore the silk fiber enjoys another good reputation as the second skin of human being. Sleeping on the silk not only will let you feel comfortable, luxury, silky, will let you feel satisfied, calm, to shorten the time period to get asleep, you will feel it is warm in the winter, and cool in the summer, but also will let you defend the possible attacks of various bacterias, will let the cells of your skin activize, Silk fiber has its own good moisture absorbing and breathing, so it has the functions to adjust your body temperature and moisture. Once you have tried silk bedding you will never want to sleep on and in anything else.
Question: compare with other fabric ,what’s the benefits of the silk fabric?
Answer: 1 - MOISTURE RESISTANCE
Silk is a natural fiber that is air permeable, and due to the content of 18 varieties of amino acid, it naturally absorbs humidity (drawing moisture away from your baby’s skin) and your baby’s body doesn’t become sticky or wet during sleep.
2 - ANTI-ACARID ALLERGY RESISTANCE
Silk contains sericin, an anti-acarid property that prevents the growth of acarids and mold, making it the best choice for skin allergies.
3 - FUNGI IMMUNITY
Silk is fungi immune and does not contain harmful trace chemicals and it therefore will not deteriorate over time.
4 - CONTAINS NATURAL CELLULAR ALBUMEN FIBER
Silk contains natural cellular albumen fiber, a component that contributes to skin health by speeding metabolism of skin cells (decreasing aging of skin) and, coupled with silk’s amino acid and permeability properties, contributes to the relief of joint pain, asthma, arteriosclerosis, neurodermatitis, and insomnia.
5 - MAINTAINS BODY TEMPERATURE
In that silk is a ‘natural’ fiber it does not ‘conduct’ heat or static electricity; heat is retained during cold air temperatures and redundant heat is shed during summer temperatures (keeping your baby cool). Therefore, your baby’s body maintains its natural temperature.

Answer: Not only because the width and narrow, or “seamless”and “with seam”,the width fabric choose the best material and dye,more suitable for silk bedding.
Question: What weave of silk bedding ?
Answer: On the fabric, there are 100% mulberry silk, blending etc.
On the weave, there are silk satin, sanding silk fabric, stripe , jacquard, yarn dyed jacquard etc
