OEMER-W122-356/FHA high speed flat bed interlock stitch machine adopts bended needle to perform thread hooking on three straight needles.together with the left and right movement of the flat lock needle,it could form 605 basic flat bed interlock stitches,the lubriction of this machine adopts combination rotary pump to finish strong charge lubrication and forcible oil absorption and rectum device.this machine is a serial product.there are several specifications available,such as 406,407,602,605,401,408 and other stitches.under high speed sewing condition,silicon-oil cooling is done to upper and lower needle threads so as to protect them from melting due to high temperature,to from reliable and steady multi-needle composite stitches,the machine has been added with mobile needle guard mechanism to adapt to different stuff.with a series of needle gauge set,the machine has a series of models with product two-thread,three,four thread,five thread,flower grid and many other stitches.besides seaming,the machine could also be used for decorative sewing,esprcially in casual sportswear.
