A:Welcome, it is a great honor to invite you to visit HOUSESTAR factory.  From Guangzhou city to our factory only takes half and one hour,  We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in  Guangzhou City or Foshan City.

Q: What is the thickness of your sink?  

A: For handmade sink, the thickness is from 1.2mm to 1.5mm. If you don't specify the thickness, we will use 1.2mm (18gauge) stainless steel plate. 

Q: If i don't like your design, can you produce according to our design ?

A: Yes, We can manufacture accroding to customers design. Please send your detailed requirement to our professional sales.

Q: What's your stainless steel grade? 

A: Normally, our sink is made of 304 stainless steel.   

Q: Can i get a sample?

A: Please consult our sales first. For some certain model, we can provide sample. However, you should be responsible for the transportation freight. 

Q: In order to get the accurate price from you, what information should i give? 

A: Please tell me which the model No. you are interested in. If you have special requirment on size, thickness, depth and finish, please tell us, or we will quote based on our configuration.
