Teng meng the filling of liquid products in cosmetic ,high efficiency filling production line machine
The machine can finish filling and sealing and it has the feature of compressed structure and high automatic grade .It can be used in small room to finsh batch of work by people. The filling system adopts the components from FESTO of Gramany which have steady performance when processing the high viscous materials. All the surface and twist part of stainless steel components touched with fluid are wiith the thinkness of 0.5μm, confroming to GMP standard.

the service
1.Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning.
Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
2. Commissioning services: the product's installation and commissioning at the demand side, our engineers will not leave there until get your agreement.
3. Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
4. Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you inquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
5. Lifelong services: we provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount price.
6. Certificate services: we can provide related certificates to customers freely according to the request of customers.
7. Inspection services: you can ask the third part inspection company or your inspector to inspect the products before shipment.
8. The file: the Manual Specification, report of the material which used to the equipment and other documents related to the GMP authentication information will be provided by us.
1. What should I do if we are not able to operate the machine when we receive it?
Operation manual and video demonstration sent along with the machine to give instructions. Besides, we have professional after-sale group to customer’s site to solve any problems.
2. How could I get the spares on machines?
We will send extra sets of spares and accessories (such as sensors, heating bars, gaskets, O rings, coding letters). Non-artificial damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 1 year’s warranty.
3. How can I ensure that I get high-quality machine?
As a manufacturer, we have a strict supervision and control of every manufacturing step from raw materials purchasing, brands choosing to parts processing, assembling and testing.
4. Is there any insurance to guarantee I will get the right machine I pay for?
We are an on-site check supplier from Alibaba. Trade Assurance provides quality protection, on-time shipment protection and 100% safe payment protection.
Payment terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept west union.
