1:Short drying cycle
Drying machine greatly reduced drying time It does not require heat conduction,both inside and outside of hardwood is heated at same time;
During the heating process, there is staged temperature difference between inside and outside of hardwood,The vapor pressure difference caused by this surface and the interior temperature difference makes the interior moisture to move towards the surface.For this reason, the drying time is much more shorter than traditional ways.
2:Good drying effect
The wood is drying under vacuum condition, this will decrease the drying temperature.Wood drying at low temperature highly humid environment enable complete free from cracks & distortions as well as retain its hue & luster.Under constant evenly heating there is not any cracking or bendind appeared.
The moisture content of hardwood will be maintain a certain percent steadily after drying by hf kiln.
3:Easy Operation
Dryer is fully automatic,you just push the cart loaded with wood into the tank,close the tank,and press the startbutton. Operation is automatically performed in accordance to the preset program.
4: Energy Saving
The input power is much lower than other drying machine.
