4E turret milling machine 80-5440/16 steps, 60HZ
Main Introduction:
- A turret mill is a more versatile mill that is commonly known as a Bridgeport milling machine. Its spindle has more range of motion and can be set into a variety of positions. This makes the mill a little more flexible and allows it to create more products. Parts, and even plaques, can be made on these types of mills.
Function
- A mill can cut metal, wood or plastic with cutting tools such as end mills, which are specifically designed for roughing and finishing material, and drills. The head can be tilted for angled cutting and drilling and you can rotate it for betting positioning over your work piece. Mills are multi-purpose devices and crucial in any machine shop environment.
Quill and Quill Feed
- The quill contains the tool and spindle being used for the cutting process. It moves in a vertical fashion and is controlled by the quill feed. By using this handle, you can raise and lower the tool to the desired depth. There is also a lock for this quill where you can cut multiple production pieces to the same depth.
Work Table
- The work table is where the raw material is held for machining and can be moved in three directions, X, Y and Z. X is a movement from left to right, Y is front to back and Z is up and down. The table can be manipulated in many ways and moved quite far in any of the possible directions for maximum flexibility in cutting. The table also contains slots to secure vises for work-holding.
Head, Motor and Spindle
- The head is the main top area of a manual mill, the most popular mill in use today. It contains the motor as well as the spindle. The motor uses a belt-driven system to rotate the spindle and speeds can be from 50 to over 4000 RPM depending on the gear used. The spindle moves in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise position and is the part responsible for allowing the tool to cut as the tool itself is attached to the spindle.

Before shipment, machines would be painted with rust-proof oil and packed with water-proof material very carefully.
Wooden cases are made of fumigated material and special ordered according to the sizes of different machines. Suitable for transportation and land.
Q1: how to buy the machines from your company?
A1: 1) please send your inquiry from the bottom of the page, or please call us directly. 2) We will discuss more details after getting in touch with each other.
3) Then we send you INVOICE with our bank account and you pay the money;
4) We start production as soon as we get the money;
5) We deliver the machine by sea to the port in your country.
Q2: what is your payment term?
A2: we prefer 30% TT as deposit and 70% TT before sending machine.
Q3: what is your warranty for the machine?
A3: The warranty for the machine is 12 month. Warranty claim for parts that are replaced free of charge in the warranty term owning to failure or damage will be honored. However, artificial damage or damage due to force majeure is not covered under warranty.
Q4: Can we visit your factory?
A4: of course! You are the most welcome to visit our factory and check the machines in person. Please let us know your plan before you come, and we will pick you up in the airport or at station.
Q5: Do we need to install the machines?
A5: For small machines like VMC and CNC Lathe, there is no need to install. We will send the machines as whole part. For large machines, like Gantry Milling machines and Boring Milling machines, you need to install the machines, or we will send our engineers to your place for installation, if it is necessary.
