longspan shelving system design offers an upright of 60x50mm which offers a strong friction connection for the longspan racking whereas being easier to install the beam levels.
Specification:
1. The Longspan racking beams are formed as an "step" profile section with a 2-3 fingered claw that allows the Longspan racking to be adjusted on a pitch of 50mm;
2. The Longspan racking beams are then fitted with support bars and mesh deck on all Longspan racking bays to load loose goods;
3. The tie also locates into the Longspan racking beam eliminating any beam rotation.
4. Medium duty safety pins are fixed to beam claws to prevent dropping of beams if any improper operation;
5. Each Longspan racking level is then fitted with 18mm thick high density chipboard or steel panels.
Longspan shelf Scope:
1. It usually for small parts, heavy goods storage.
2. It is widely used in human, manual handling, storage and selection operations based on various occasions such as storage and display.
