Medium Duty Racking
Structure: Cut-in composite step beam on which steel or wooden panels are assembled; the height of each layer is easily to be adjusted by 50mm, the capacity of each level is up to 1000kg; the racking can be customized based on clients’ requirements, compared with the NM1A,NM1B, it is more suitable for storing metal components and widely used in the manufacturing industry.

Racking process
- Pre dispose
Black racking—degreases (remove oil in the surface, use Germany Henkel removes the rust and degreases) – water washing – Acid washing – Water washing – neutralization—Water washing – adjustment—phosphoric (neutralization hydronium phosphoric and prevent rust)—water washing—water washing
2. Automatic Powder coating
Hang the part—pre dry—automatic coating—high temperature solidity – packaging
The powder coating is working on our advanced importing automatic powder coating line9USA NORDSON), epoxy resinic static coating, the surface rigidity is 2H, the attach strength is more than 2 level of GB92865-88 Standard, bear causticity (salt fog test) GB1771-91>500 hours, the surface coating is satisfy GB9286 standard.
