| Description |
Garvity racking is combined by beam type racking and assembled by roller conveyor with slope on the racking beam. The unit enter into the conveyor from high end and slid to the low eand by gravity. The next unit will slide onto the low end when the first is taken away by gravity. Damping device on the roller at some distance is to control the slip speed. Anti-deviation device is settled for long distance roller conveyor. There are board and seperation device on pick-side and each column could put two units. Gravity type could be made as 20 units max from length.The gravity type is first in first out which is suitable for those goods have time limit, large volume and same type. At the same time, gravity type could shorten the delivery distance for warehouse eork tools, lower energy consumption and save 35-65% space compared with beam type. Gravity racking requires pallet with good strength and quaility, little deviation, and weight each unit under1500kg. Gravity type usually match fork or stacker. It is widely used in the warehouse and workshop which produce cargo with large volume,few product type and time limit. |
