heat vacuum transfer printing machine helps you to decorate aluminum profile or other metal sheets into wood grain,our technology is more effcient and more economical,and our machine has been exported worldwide.
Put the sheet metal in the table, and lay the transfer paper on the sheet metal. A pump will create a vacuum, which makes a perfect adherence of the transfer paper on the surface of the sheet metal.
The table will be pushed in to the infiltration oven manually / automatically after the vacuum process is finished, Where it will stay for 2~3 minutes till the temperature reach up to 180. This will make it possible for the pigment inks transfer from the paper into the coating layer. The transfer process is finished as the table comes out of the oven with an excellent quality result and a remarkable reduction of the production cost.
