Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Rubber Press Machine
Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing Rubber Press Machine--vulcanizing equipment and tools for repairing and splicing conveyor belt. It's also called vulcanizing press, vulcanizer machine, hot vulcanizing press, or conveyor belt vulcanizing press.
Technical Parameters:
1. Vulcanization pressure: 1.0 to 2.0 Mpa;
2. Vulcanization temperature: 145 °C ;
3. Difference in surface temperature of vulcanized plate: ± 3 degree;
4. Warm up time (at normal temperature to 145°C ): ≤30 mins;
5. Power supply voltage: 220V to 660v; 50/60 Hz; 3Phases;
6. Output power of Electronic Control Cabinet ≤36 KW (Different model different power);
7. Temperature adjustment range: 0 to 200° ;
8. Timing adjustment range: 0 to 99 min;
9. After the pressurization of 0.8 MPa, the gap between upper and lower heating plate is not more than 0.4 mm.
