Sample

1) Sample fee is refundable if you place a bulk order with at least 500 pcs. 

2) Freight: Samples will be sent through UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS or as requested.

3) Sample time: within 3 days after the payment is received.

Bulk Order

1) Orders for products with JG logo: 14 business days. 

2) For ODM orders, the lead time is about 30 days. If you have any parts to be made or special requirements, such as material, tolerance and surface treatment, please feel free to send your kind drawings.

3) Payment terms: 30% deposit paid for the confirmation of the order and 70% paid before shipment.
