2. Q: How can I get your quotation?
A: For an accurate quotation, we need you kindly to supply us the following request:
1) Quantity of order (more quantity can get better price)
2) Dimension of product , kindly supply us the artwork if you have.
3) Materials and printing color
4) Packing ( roll or flat ? Any special request?)
3. Q: Can I use my design?
A: Sure you can.
4. Q: If I don’t have design, can you do it for me?
A: Yes we have professional designer and technician. After you tell us about your idea on product, we can discuss together and give you a satisfied solution and design.
5. Q: Can you supply sample? How many days of sample delivery ?
A: Sure. We can prepare sample in stock for free, and you only need to bear the shipping charge. It will be about 3-5 days by express. If you need custom sample, kindly send your request and artwork to us, we will check how much time to prepare it.
6. Q: What’s the time of bulk order delivery?
A: Normally it will be 7-10 days. If you have special request to ask for short time delivery, we can discuss and speed up for you.
7. Q: Which shipping way can you do for me?
A: We can use DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, EMS express (3-7 days), or use air shipping to your local airport (3-7 days), and can also use sea shipping to you(15-30 days). That depends on your consideration on shipping charge and time delivery.
8. Q: What’s your payment terms?
