2. Construction: (all environmentally friendly and quality materials)
1. The modern leather sofa is maded with 100% dried solid tropical hardwood frame. Through anti-worm and polish treatment. Humidity control between 12—15 degree.(international ocean transport standard)
2. Metal coil spring and fabric rubber with rust and moisture proofing treatment for modern sofa.
3. High density foam:D35-40 for seat cushion. D27-30 for back & armrest. Noted for its coziness and long durability for leather sofa.
4. High density & high hardness wood in 3-5cm wooden poles, through the high-temperature drying three times. All of the timber are embalmed anti-eaten & disinfection treatment. While surrounded by polish in strict accordance with the implementation of National standards. Wood frame joins are conducted viscose processing and more effective reinforcement structure to avoid voice closed its side with high-quality laminates for sofa set.
5. Polyester fiber wadding between the leather and foam avoid sagging for Italy leather sofa
6. UKFR foam (BS 5852) and USA 117 fire retardant foam available.

3. Inspection of sfoa

5. The legs are removed and packed separately in the bottom of sofa with zipper of non-woven.
