Q:Using the flashlight will be very hot, what's the matter? Is this normal ?
A:This is a normal phenomenon, please feel free to use it. Because the high power need large current to drive it, so it will produce lots of heat.We recommend that you use turbo light in the special situation only.
Q: Is POPPAS flashlight waterproof?
A: All types of POPPAS have waterproof function, can prevent the general living water,rain water,waves, parts of waterproof high level can be used 1~2m under water. But please buy our diving flashlight for diving.
Q: If the flashlight can't work, how could i deal with?
A: First please replace the battery first, the flashlight will stop working once there is less power left. In addition,when using the rechargeable lithium battery, please do not overdischarge. Otherwise, pls contact us or our agent near you.
