U-470 is a water-based ready-mixed, latex-formulated coating designed to provide a dense, waterproof barrier for vertical concrete and masonry surfaces. This versatile coating has super adhesion qualities when applied to basement walls, retaining walls, brick, cinder and concrete block, above or below-grade concrete, plaster, masonry and stucco. It resists weathering, peeling and delimitation, and it guaranteed to damp proof.
Characteristic

• With air-permeability that can be applied in wet circumstance.
• Has outstanding toughness to withstand various condition.
• Has super adhesion qualities when applied.
Application
• Fresh concrete or RC should be cured for two weeks.
• Remove all dust, paint, oil, grease and other contaminant from the surface.
• Patch all the holes and cracks with fast setting mortars(U-raining product 180)) to repair and achieving a smooth and level surface.
• Two-coat system that can be applied by using brush or roller. Allow a minimum of 3 hours drying time before second coat, 24 hours before top coating.
