The 64" UV-640 lets you explore a wide range of applications with just one device, from packaging prototypes and POP to wide-format signage and window displays. The UV-640 printer are composed of installed LED UV system Roland RA-640 Eco-solvent Printer.

The result is that the high-density printing effects with vibrant colors perfectly reproduces the original images in smooth gradations of colors and superb contrast.
High productivity and exceptional print quality Roland UV-640 is with Roland Intelligent Pass Control further enhances the image quality by precisely controlling dot placement between passes.
Optional for Three Modes of Ink Groups Roland UV-640 is possible to equip "Four-Color Mode", "Seven-Color Mode" and the unique innovative "Full While Mode" for which it allows users to choose different ink solutions according the their need for printing.
Supports Both Flexible Roll Media and Rigid Substrates Having UV-640, the user can add a special platform that whatever thin media or thicker rigid substrate up to 2mm both are possible to print beautiful images and won’t make the printing media distorted or damaged (the platform is optional).
Larger UV-LED Lamps Increase Productivity While Lowering Costs The UV-640 features the newest generation UV-LED lamps, and the Lamp’s Lifespan lasts up to 20,000 hours.
Automated maintenance features ensure print quality An automated cleaning function keeps the print head in optimal condition,and ensures consistent ink jetting. It is equipped with a dual-wiping system, featuring a standard wiper and additional side wiper, which effectively removes dust and debris from the print head to reduce maintenance requirements. Meanwhile, a Jam Guard is included which protects the print head from media jams or collisions.
