1.This machine is able to carding wool, cashmere, and cotton in the same machine by adopting different carding wires. The final output could be wool net, or wool strips, or both according to your specific requirement.
2.Cylinder transmission using centrifugal friction clutch and v-belt for driving ,with reliable structure ,smooth start ,the motor sit on the rack ,no need of anchor bolts.
3.Randolph transmission using electromagnetic clutch, electromagnetic switch outside the shield , operating easier safer and more effective then before.
4.There are the suction equipments, suck off the fiber bundle effectively,and transported to next process by blower.
5.Each transmission is separated, easily adjusted, nimble control, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
