2.Common indicators of microphone :
1).Sensitivity
Generally defined as: Acoustic-electric conversion efficiency. Expressed in dB. Test standards in the relevant microphone is set to 0dB = 1V ,so that the microphone sensitivity values are negative . Different uses will have different sensitivity requirements. For example: the laptop requires relatively high sensitivity value, to about-27db, and the Bluetooth headset is relatively low, as long-62db or so on.
Must be mentioned: the sensitivity level of the microphone is not only determined by the sensitivity of the microphone itself, but also the resistance R in the circuit.
This directly affects the size of the resistor to the microphone sensitivity. Similarly a microphone, such as the use of different values of R, the sensitivity is entirely different. For example: R is 1kand 2k, the sensitivity can be a difference of nearly 7db! So sensitivity is conditional, microphone manufacturers generally give the given test conditions, typically: 2.2k, 3v.
2), Frequency response:
Generally defined as: microphone in the audio transmission the frequency of the points corresponding to the consistency state of sensitivity. Outright microphone frequency response range is called 20 ----- 20khz.
