1.The bale opener is mainly used to open fiber bales and transport to the next program in a wide usage in textile area.
2.Opening fiber bales,dosing and weighing fiber through electronic weighing sysytem. blending the fiber onto conveyor evenly.
3.Simple structure with lower maintenance required.
4.Most of the key parts are standard that the client can find from local to save time.
5.Several sets operation together and blending different fibers at the ratio.
6.The conveyer is able to bear about 500kg of the total weight on once a time; there is a belt running track under the conveyer that is running always by its way to avoid damage.
