The sample is free of charge if we have the existing tooling, you only need to pay for the freight cost .Sample will be provided within 7 to 10 working days;
If the products is no-standard and no existing tooling inventory,The mould cost needed prepaid ,and then free sample less than 200pcs will be provided within 10 to 15 working days you’ll pay for the freight cost only.

Customer Complaint Handling Flow Chart:

The Sales Department will forward the customer complaints to the QC Department after initial recognition of them, and to follow up the progress;
The QC will make out a "Correction and Prevention Notice" form and carry on leading handling; the related departments will review and analyze problems in accordance with Customer Complaints and propose appropriate measures for improvement. If necessary, there will be a meeting for full discussion.
After confirmation of QC supervisor, the manager or above personnels will check and authorize.
After approved, the sales staff will be responsible for faxing or emailing to the customers, and follow up.
Customers complaints are usually completed within a time limit of 3 days; if special ones, we deal with according to customer requirements.
