GENERAL INFORMATION:

Self-clinching flush nuts are designed to be completely flush in sheets as thin as 0.6in/1.5mm. These fasteners are ideal for applications where a thin sheet requires load-bearing threads but still must remains smooth, with no protrusions on either surface. Thread sizess :#4 to1/4 and M2 to M6.

Self-clinching nuts made by In-saiL("Sandum") are widely used in the stamping sheet metal. All products are proved to be high performance and low cost based on scaled production.

Type F

Flush nut are used where a robust threads needed but don't allow the fastener protrude out in either side of the metal sheet.
