A. Package Detail: standard packing/ neutral packing/ customized packing as required.

B. Delivery Detail: At least 7-10 working days, depend on order date, order of magnetic, and receipt of payment, as follow:

Within 20 sets, 7-10 working days.

Within 100-500 sets, 30 days.

Above 1000 sets, 60 days( which depend on production schedule).

C.Shipping Cost: 

Most samples will be delivered by air express(DHL,Fedex,UPS,TNT,etc)

Courier will be charge about @USD50.00/unit from China to destination (office or home),which shall be payable on buyer's account.

For bulk orders, shipping cost would be reduced significantly.

2. Warranty Period

A. RFID Tablet & Battery

We generally provide 12 months warranty and technical supports from the date of product(s) arrived, please retain the receipt as proof of your guarantee.

Within warranty period, if there's any defective item found due to quality problems, we will perform the commitment of replacing or repairing the defective components for free charge. This term is not applicable to failures caused by humans.

B. Accessories

Charger’s warranty period is 6 months from the date of product(s) arrived.

Other accessories such as data cable or any optional accessory are not covered by this warranty policy.

C. We provide compensable service for device life-long maintenance after the warranty period.

3. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charges of returning and reshipping.

4. All return items must be in its original conditions, including inner box and accessories. Men made defects are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.
