TOP WAY TW-H thermoplastic markings in its new design, its wheel space wider, center of gravity changed,shaft form renewed, so the machine body is lighter and more flexible, reduced labor intensity,such problems as uneven finishing mark edge and overoperation are solved, and reduced unstableness when marking zebra crossing.

Features of TOP WAY TW-H thermoplastic markings
1.More stable:
Through gravity adjustment, widened front wheel, the Marking Machine is more stable than traditional ones when marking 450mm zebra crossing.
2.Lighter:
Through repeatedly gravity test, rechoose new shaft, the marking machine is much lighter, reduced operator’s working intensity. So the marking works become easier and more effectively.
3.Easy to operate:
Marking hopper’s operating range minimized from 300mm to 200mm, more accurately , easier to control, therefore such problems as slow hopper withdrawal and uneven finishing mark edge are solved. A multi-point sliding block pressing structure is used to avoid material leakage witch often occurs to similar products due to the two tightly pressed sides and large deformation in the middle of product alike.
4.Left Hand thermoplastic markings:
It is applied to High Way,closed roadway. And it also used for where Thermoplastic Kneader melting the coating material at front, several thermoplastic markings towards to the same direction at high speed, and where side line marking is required, then an ordinary thermoplastic markings and a left hand thermoplastic markings should be working at the same time.
The wheel of thermoplastic markings is made of Polyurethane instead of the traditional double boiled rubber,which is more durable,stable and center gravity
