Main function
- Carton machine keep the functions of intelligence zero returning, memory reset and automatic order formation,9999 order memory.
- Dual system of touch screen man-machine interaction and manual electrical control.
- The complete set of machine is operated computerized upon the designing principle of man-machine integration. It can do the job of setting, correction, execution, change and memory, etc. on the touch screen with precise data display in the shortest time.
- Transmission gears are made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi. The Rockwell hardness of the gears can get to 60 degree and more after the process of carburization quench and fine grinding.
- All rolls and shafts are chrome plated to enhance the hardness.

1.Feeding unit
- Dynamic and static balance correction ensure stable running.
- Carton box machine adopts hanging mechanism for easy and instant printing plate mounting.
- Loading and unloading of the printing plate motorized turn positive and reverse by pedal switch..
- Pressurized automatic lifting device working in with the feeding systerm
- Planetary gear phrasing mechanism.

2. Printing unit
- Steel anilox roll for option: chrome plated and engrave reticulate pattern with consistent net dots good for fine inking.
- Ceramic anilox roll: ceramic coated on the steel pipe surface and reticulate pattern laser engraved after fine regrinding is endurable.
- Steel pipe coated by antifriction rubber. Specially and finely reground crown is good for ink transmission.
- Stainless steel ink bucket with ease to clean and mainternance.
- Pressurized diaphragm pump makes ink supply stable and with ease to maintenance.

- Pre-scoring wheel: Pre-scored paperboard will not crush
- Upper scoring wheel coated by polyurethane to avoid possible crush on the paperboard
- 7 mm thick slotting knives are made of alloy tool steel by heat treatment and finely ground, sharpened endurable teeth
- Bi-plate trimming knives with sharpened, endurable teeth

4.Die cutter unit
1.Cushion roll ,template roller adopts quality steel dater dynamic balancing correction, to increase operational stability.
2.By not die-cutting state template roller and cushion roll will through a cylinder eccentric device automatically disengaged, that can reduce the machine-load when no load ,and effectively extend the life of urethane and knife mold.
3.Mechanical transmission urethane can move around ±30mm ,and with aradial differential device, evenly distributed the wear of cushion roll and thus greatly increase the life of cushion roller
4.Unique differenial speed compensation device ,regardless the diameter change of cushion ,speed difference compensation device makes urethane roller slide with the template roller ,and thus the surfac speed of rubber pad completely manipulated by knife mold ,so die-cut carton is exactly the same as the mold.
