Feeder Unit:
1.Lead edge feeder system,with suction blower & dust blower,feed sheets perfectly
2.Row by row double feeder roimprove the accuracy of feeding sheets
3.Baffles motorized drive left & right,separately or together
4.Adjust the blowing rate of suction blower by frequency control of motor speed
5.Skip feeding function to feed bigger size sheets
6.Air suction dust removal devices,can improve the quality of printing,reduce the number of washing printing plate
Printing Unit:
1.Printing plate can be either hitched or stuck on the printing roll,footswitch can offer help 2.Rubber roll is made up of seamless steel tube surface covered with abrasive rubber,is good to transfer ink
3.Anilox roll is metallic roll (can choose ceramic roll),delayed function,working together with feeder unit system,up/down automatically in order
4.Phase adjustment by motor,digital display & memory function
5.Printing roll drive left & right motorized,range ±10mm
6.Electromagnetic lock for phase position,air lock for each two units
7.Pneumatic diaphragm pump automatic cycle for ink,alarm ring if abnormal inking & feeding automatically if lack of ink
Slotter Unit:
1.Pre-creaser roll,creaser roll and slotter roll through second grinding,more smoothly when axial movement
2.Slotting knife & pre-creaser/creaser wheel move left/right synchronously by motor,sustained by lead screw
3.Carton height adjustment by motor(or computer),
4 slotting knives be adjusted synchronously
4.Phase adjustment by motor,digital display & memory function
5.Electromagnetic lock for phase position ,air lock for each two units
Cutter unit:
1.Upper roll covered with high grade rubber & rubber is detachable and replaceable
2.Upper roll move left/right,by mechanical control,range-40~+40mm
3.Under cutting roll phase,motorized digital display,range 360 degree;move left/right,motorized,digital display,range-10~+10mm
4.Upper roll up/down automatically & by motor,can set the range in advance
5.Speed difference compensation device,make sure the speed is same
6.Motorized grinding(repairer)anvil cover
7.Electromagnetic lock for phase position,air lock for each two units
Stacker Unit:
1.Control box on the connection arms
2.Connection arms can be operated manually or automatically
3.Stacked height is up to 1700mm
4.Convey or bed's height auto or manual adjusted according to stacked height
5.Selectable vibrating machine & auto stacker(get rid of waste before stacking)
