Corrugated Paper flexo printing and slotter machine
Functions and Characteristics:
1. Paper feeding is completed at one time with chain: double color printing, slotting, corner cutting, impression and trimming deflashing etc. and the cardboard can be nailed and made into box directly when it is out.
2. Chain semi-automatic paper feeding is used for feeding paper desk, so with the rational structure, it is convenient to operate.
3. The electronic counter is used with accurate reflection of production.
4. The motor unit is displaced electronically, and the alarm lamp will flash when it is automatically locked or displaced.
5. The inking roller is ascended and descended pneumatically, and the raised plate ink distribution structure prevents ink from drying.
6. Pneumatic diaphragm pump with automatic circulation, automatic cleanout as well as automatic inking up.
7. Adopt electric drive planet wheel phase adjustment, the 360°positive and negative adjustment can be achieved no matter it is running or stopping.
8. Back slotting knife, four knives linkage mechanism, it is more rapidly to adjust the knife.
9. For the slotted knife, high grade alloy steel thermal treatment sawtooth crescent slotted knife is chosen, so it has high rigidity, good toughness and strong abrasion resistance.
10.Gear spraying lubrication oil supply system will reduce device noise and prolong the operation life of gears.

Features

- All the transmission gears use 45# chrome steel after high-frequency quenching and grinding in accordance with national standard.
- All the transmission rolls are made of high quality steel with the chrome plated and grinding surface.
