The CO2 laser with a specific wavelength of 10.6 nm can be absorbed by human body tissue (no matter what color the skin is) by nearly 100%. Principle of RF CO2 Fractional Laser

CO2 Fractional Laser System fires a laser beam which is split into numbers of microscopic beams, producing tiny dot or fractional treatment zones within the selected target area only.
