Q2: What is colour temperature?
A2: King Star's LED Lighting offer tubes in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is,the warmer the light given by the LED:
- Warm white = 2700K-3200K
- Natural white = 4000K-4500K
- Pure white = 5000K-5500K
- Cool white = 6000K-6500K
Q3:: What is CRI?
A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes/panels, the CRI is higher than 80. For the outdoor light, the CRI higher than 70 is OK at most of applications.
Q4: What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our LED tubes?
A4: Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.
Q5: Is there cheap shipping cost import to our country?
A5: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q6: Could you offer OEM led light?
A6: Yes, we offer OEM led light, the OEM led light could offer your laber and your color box.
Q7. What is the warranty?
Answer : 3~5 years warranty is offered depending on different types of lights. If item fails due to quality problem during warranty, we can send new replacement with freight on ours immediately if urgently. Or we prefer to send replacement with next order.
Q8. What is the payment term?
Answer : For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable
